GROWERS ORDERS
For orders within Spain we accept bank transfer or cash-on-delivery payments.
For international orders we accept Western Union International Money Orders and
international bank transfers.

Your orders will be shipped by registerd mail that is why the real name of the
receiver is requested. Once we receive the payment of the order the delivery will be
immediately shipped.
The estimated delivery times are 3-5 days for Spain and the Balearic Islands and
7-10 days for EU countries. We do not ship to countries where possession or reception
of seeds is forbidden.
PACKAGING
Our seeds are carefully selected and hand-packed.
The seeds are shipped in a rigid crush proof plastic tube in order to avoid damage
during shipment or storage. Our seeds are shipped with small silica gel crystals to
maintain low humidity level and therefore to extend the life of the seeds. Finally, the
package is sealed to avoid handling after manufacture.
The packing date is displayed on the back of the package. We guarantee a high germination
percentage within the two years that follow the displayed date.
ACE Seeds guarantees the freshness and quality of our seeds provided that they are delivered
in our original package. We recommend returning the package to the provider in case it looks
handled, manipulated or whose packing date is two years before the purchase.
