Payment modes

We accept payment by :

1. Credit/Debit card with 3D Secure enabled only. (Visa and Mastercard)

2. Bank transfer. ( outside of European Union +15€)

Customers must include the Order # in the description of the transfer to insure the completion of the order!

IMPORTANT NOTE : If you are paying from a bank account outside the European Union, please add 15€ to the total amount of your order. These are the bank fees in order to receive bank transfer from countries outside European Union.

3. WISE

We DO NOT accept payment by :

1. Cheque
2. Postal money order
3. Crypto currencies
4. Western Union, MoneyGram or similar
5. Cash payment by mail
6. COD ( Cash on delivery )

Delivery methods and Delivery leadtimes

We only ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom.

We DO NOT ship to Australia, Canada, Israel, New Zealand, Russia, Turkey, Ukraine, USA and all the other countries that is not listed in the list of countries that we ship to.

All orders are sent by registered mail (with tracking number) using our national postal service (Correos). The customer can choose between registered mail (Correos) or Urgent shipping (Correos) for a faster delivery service (only applicable to certain countries).

For orders below 125 € in Spain, the shipping cost for registered mail (with tracking number) is 6,50 € and urgent shipping (delivery in 24-48 working hours) is 10 € .

For international orders below 125 €, the shipping cost for registered mail (with tracking number) is 10 €. For urgent shipping the shipping cost are as below :

39 € for Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland and United Kingdom (ESTIMATED delivery in 5-10 working days).

The time that shipments remain stored at the customs office of origin and/or destination is not counted when calculating the delivery time.

If the order reaches 125 € or more, then customer will get to enjoy a FREE shipping for registered mail (with tracking number) using our national postal service (Correos). Free shipping is not applicable for urgent shipping options.

The estimated delivery time for the Iberian Peninsula and Balearic Islands is 1-3 days, for the Canary Islands is 5 – 7 days , for Europe is 5 – 10 days and for the international orders out of Europe is usually between 1 – 2 weeks. There are certain countries where it will take up to 1 – 2 months to arrive depending on the postal services in those countries and also depending on the holiday seasons.

Return and Refund Policy

You have 14 days from the day you received the order to request a return.

To do this, the product must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it.

Please send an email with the subject “ACE Seeds Return Order No. XXXXXXXX” to : info@aceseeds.org . All returns are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us. The order should be sent back with a trackable service as we will not be responsible for returns lost in the post during the transit.

We do not cover the cost of returning the order back to us. If refund is applicable, we will deduct the shipping costs of your original order from the total amount of your order.

Refund will be made by crediting your card or depending on the payment method used when you make the purchase.

Refund will be made within 14 business days of receipt of your return.

ACE Seeds DO NOT refund the payments of order if the shipment is confiscated by receiver’s customs. It is the buyer´s responsibility to check the regulations in their country before making any purchase at our website.
